About

A journey toward the Creator

Lenape for “Wakening,” Togendowagan means “coming-into-awareness.” The Society’s bi-monthly services at St. Peter’s align with seasonal cycles and significant times in both the Native American and Liturgical calendars.

By including both Native and non-Native traditions and individuals, the Society provides a space for cultural exchange and spiritual growth, blending traditions in a respectful and inclusive way.
